The power of listening

Long-time Skip the Small Talker Kip Clark made the news for offering “free listening” in Cambridge, MA (and check out the Skip the Small Talk cameo in the video, too)!

Our favorite part is when Kip says that the people he’s listening to all have the answers they’re looking for inside them— he’s just there to help them sort through it all.

We totally agree. We know from experience that just good, active listening is often enough to help people in intense distress get back to their emotional baseline.
